Japan Institute of the Moving Image
The Japan Institute of the Moving Image (JIMI) is a film school located in Kawasaki, Japan. The school offers undergraduate and graduate level programs in film and video production, as well as courses in film history, theory and criticism. JIMI’s curriculum is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the art and craft of filmmaking, as well as the theoretical and historical context in which films are made and viewed.
